Every machine, contract and service call in one system
Anant AGI for medical equipment is business software for companies that sell and service machines such as MRI and CT scanners. It keeps each installed machine, its AMC contract, every service ticket, the spare parts used and the invoice in one connected system. It grew out of a system built for a company that sells and services MRI and CT machines, and early access is open.

What it does
Web software for medical and industrial equipment sales and service companies: assets, AMC and warranty contracts, service tickets, preventive-maintenance visits, spare parts, quotations and invoices.
Assets: your installed base
Keep a record of every machine you sold or look after: the customer or centre it sits at, the model, and whether it is under warranty or an AMC.
AMC and warranty contracts
Store each contract against the customer and the machine with its agreement document. Contract types are warranty, AMC, CMC and call-based. A contract can carry a response-time SLA, and tickets raised under it get a due time from that SLA.
Preventive-maintenance visits
Each contract sets how many preventive-maintenance visits happen per year (the default is four, one every quarter) and the visits are scheduled from it. The service report records site readings such as earthing voltage, room temperature and humidity.
Service tickets
One ticket per call, with the call type (installation, breakdown, preventive maintenance), the cover (warranty, AMC, CMC), the machine status (running, partially running, down), the assigned engineer and the parts used.
Dispatch and field engineers
Assign a ticket to an engineer. A field engineer sees only the tickets assigned to them.
Spare parts and inventory
A part catalogue and stock records. Parts used on a ticket are booked out of stock against that ticket.
Quotations, invoices and payments
Quotations, invoices and payments sit in the same system as the service work, with GST treatments built in, so billing starts from the contract or ticket instead of a separate sheet.
Customer portal
Invite a hospital or imaging centre to a portal where they can log a call and follow its status. They see their own calls only.
From the machine to the invoice
The same record follows the work, so nobody retypes it.

Who it is for
Companies that sell, install and service medical equipment such as MRI and CT scanners, and other equipment businesses with machines at customer sites, annual maintenance contracts and field engineers.
Where it stands today
Anant AGI is in early access and we take on a small number of businesses at a time. The equipment-service modules are the most mature part of the platform: they come from Auram, a system that a live company uses for quotations, invoices, payments and field work. Still in progress for this area: tuning of the AMC-renewal detector, WhatsApp reminders, payment links, and an import wizard for Tally and Excel data.
Questions and answers
What is Anant AGI for medical equipment service?
It is web software for companies that sell and service medical equipment such as MRI and CT machines. It keeps assets, AMC and warranty contracts, service tickets, preventive-maintenance visits, spare parts, quotations and invoices in one system.
How does it handle AMC contracts?
Each AMC, CMC, warranty or call-based contract is stored against the customer and the machine. A contract can carry a response-time SLA in hours, and it sets how many preventive-maintenance visits are scheduled each year. Detection of contracts due for renewal is still being tuned during early access.
What does a service ticket record?
The call type (installation, breakdown or preventive maintenance), the cover (warranty, AMC, CMC or other), the machine status (running, partially running or down), the assigned engineer, the SLA due time taken from the contract, and the parts used.
Can hospitals and imaging centres log their own service calls?
Yes. Staff can invite a customer to a portal where they log a call and follow its status. A customer sees only their own calls.
Does it track spare parts?
Yes. It has a part catalogue and stock records, and parts used on a service ticket are booked out of stock against that ticket.
Is it available now?
It is in early access. We take on a small number of businesses at a time, so join the waitlist and tell us how your service team works today.
