What it does
Web software for game zones, gaming parlours and arcades: outlets, bookable rigs and slots, prepaid wallets and loyalty coins, staff cash sessions and optional manager approvals.
Outlets
Run more than one outlet under one account. One customer wallet works across outlets. The outlets feature is off until you turn it on.
Bookings for rigs, consoles and simulators
Each rig or unit is a bookable resource with opening hours, slot length and peak-hour price rules. A booking is held for a few minutes while the customer confirms and is released if they do not, and two people cannot book the same slot.
Prepaid wallet and loyalty coins
Customers can hold a prepaid balance and earn loyalty coins. Every credit and debit is a permanent ledger entry that cannot be edited or deleted, and the balance is always worked out from those entries.
Cash sessions and handover
A staff member opens a till session with a counted float and closes it with a counted amount. The system shows expected cash, counted cash and the difference. A handover to the next person must be accepted by them.
Manager approvals
Optionally require a manager to approve refunds, discounts above a limit, cash-out and similar actions. It is off by default, nobody can approve their own request, and every decision is kept in a history.
One system with the rest of the business
Customers, invoicing, staff and reports are part of the same Anant AGI platform, so the zone is not run from a separate booking tool and a spreadsheet.

Prices are in Indian rupees per month and exclude GST. Annual billing means you pay for 10 months and get 12. Every plan includes every module. Usage fees from third parties (WhatsApp, SMS, AI models, payment gateways) are paid at cost through your own accounts or a prepaid wallet.

Anant AGI is in early access. The system these modules come from runs a live gaming-lounge business today, with bookings, rigs, wallets, shifts and cash. The same capabilities are now being rebuilt inside Anant AGI, and the screens for them are still being tested. Online payments and customer-facing booking pages are not part of the first release; ask us where they stand.

What is Anant AGI for game zones?
It is web software for game zones and gaming parlours. It covers outlets, bookings for rigs and slots, prepaid customer wallets with loyalty coins, staff cash sessions and optional manager approvals.
How do bookings and slot holds work?
Every rig or unit has opening hours and a slot length. When a booking starts it is held for a few minutes while the customer confirms; if they do not, the hold expires and the slot is free again. The defaults are 30-minute slots, a 5-minute gap between bookings and a 5-minute hold, and they can be set per rig.
Can staff change a customer's wallet balance?
Not by editing it. A balance is never stored as a number. It is the total of permanent ledger entries (credits, debits, holds, releases and reversals), and the database rejects any attempt to change or delete an entry. A mistake is fixed with a new, visible reversal entry.
How does cash handover work?
A staff member opens a cash session with a counted float, and cash movements are recorded against it. At close they enter the counted amount and the system shows expected cash, counted cash and the variance. If the shift is handed over, the next person has to accept it.
Do manager approvals slow everyone down?
No, they are optional and off by default. If you switch them on for an action such as a refund, a discount above a limit or a cash-out, a manager approves or rejects it, and nobody can approve their own request.
Does it take online payments?
Not yet. Bookings carry a quoted price today. Payment gateway integrations are planned, and they will show as not configured until they are set up, rather than pretending to work.
How much does it cost?
