Privacy and data handling
What we collect
If you fill in the early-access form we receive what you type: your name, work email, mobile number, company, company size and an optional message. We ask for the mobile number so we can reply on WhatsApp or by phone. Our hosting provider also logs standard technical data such as your IP address and browser type for security and to run the site.
Why we use it
- To reply to your request and to talk to you about early access.
- To keep the site secure and working.
We do not sell your data and we do not use this form to send you unrelated marketing. If we ever add a newsletter you will be asked separately.
Cookies and storage
This website does not set cookies and has no analytics or advertising trackers today. It stores one item in your browser, your light or dark theme choice, so the site remembers it. If we add analytics later we will list it here first.
Who handles it
- Site hosting: Amazon Web Services (our server). Cloudflare sits in front of the site (DNS, security and delivery) and so handles web traffic. Form submissions are stored on our own server.
- Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts and the 3D graphics library from jsDelivr. Your browser contacts those services directly, so they can see your IP address.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept while we are in conversation with you and for up to 24 months after the last contact, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can withdraw consent at any time. This follows the rights in India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Write to hello@anantagi.com and we will answer within 30 days. That address is also our grievance contact.
AI processing in the product
The Anant AGI product uses third-party AI model providers to draft text and classify data. Those providers process the content sent to them under their own API terms. We do not use customer data to train our own models. Details are given to customers in the data processing agreement.
